The Truth Will Set You Free, but Self-love Will Let You Fly.


Trying to explain self-love is about as easy as trying to catch a fart in the wind. However, I believe self-love is so important that I’ll do my best, dear, soul warrior, to teach you everything I know. Perhaps, this will be one of the most consequential things you’ll ever read because there’s a chance, just a chance, it will help lead you back to you: the you before you were lost.

Before I began my deep dive into excavating what self-love is, I always had the question in my mind, “Wtf is self-love?” I asked this both consistently and exasperatedly. I tried picturing what it would look like or what it might feel like. I didn’t know how self-love evaded me.
