Dear Little One (Please Forgive Me)

One of the most important things in our healing journey is to forgive ourselves -- we've all messed up plenty and made lots of mistakes in relationships, with our careers, with money, with opportunities. We're only human and we do fuck up (majorly) from time to time.
Imagine that the part of you who's sincere about doing this healing work is speaking to that child within that you feel may have been left behind. I hope you'll use this blog entry as a template for a letter that you'll read to your own inner child as well as a starter for a more specific one you'll write to yourself now that you know better. You won't always get it right, but showing up for yourself is the most important thing you can do.
